Driver Trainer at First Student

First Student is hiring a part-time Driver Trainer in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to deliver classroom, skills, and behind-the-wheel training for new and existing school bus drivers, mentor and coach drivers, evaluate performance, maintain training records, and support safety and driver development. The role requires a valid Class 2 or higher license with appropriate endorsements, at least two years of school bus or commercial driving experience, a clean driver abstract, and strong communication and mentoring abilities. The schedule is 3–4 hours per day, 16–20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with potential weekend and peak-period availability, at a rate of $22.82 per hour plus a $3 per hour premium.
