Description
Messer is hiring a Driver Trainer to provide classroom and practical safety, vehicle, load securement, cylinder handling, administrative, and dangerous-goods training to drivers and other employees. The role includes coaching high-risk drivers, conducting road rides, supporting fleet safety initiatives, delivering forklift and requalification training, and acting as a subject-matter expert for DriveCam and other safety technologies. Candidates need extensive transportation and industrial-gas driving experience, at least five years in the transportation industry, heavy commercial-vehicle experience, bilingual English and French proficiency, and availability to travel up to 50% of the time. Compensation is $70,000 to $94,000 with benefits.
