The role conducts driver training and individual coaching, teaches economical and safety-oriented driving and load securing, performs ride-alongs and practical training, evaluates professional drivers using analysis systems, communicates legal and operational requirements, and collaborates with driver management and dispatch teams. Candidates need professional driver vocational training or a comparable qualification, knowledge of social and legal requirements, strong communication skills, willingness to travel, and ideally prior driver-trainer experience.
