Fresh Direct is hiring a Driver Trainer for its Bicester depot distribution and logistics team. The role trains drivers in the classroom, conducts on-road assessments, and covers training needs across shifts, including afternoons, nights, and weekends. Applicants must be Class 1 qualified, hold a full and clean Class 1 licence with three years of full driving experience, and have computer literacy and strong Microsoft Office abilities; recent HGV driving experience and IOSH, NEBOSH, or ROSPA health and safety qualifications are advantageous. The salary is £45,000–£50,000, with holiday allowance, pension, discounts, and learning and development opportunities.
