Brown Foodservice, Inc. is hiring for its CDL Driver Training Program based at its Louisa, Kentucky warehouse. The role trains potential drivers to pass the state skills test and obtain a Class A CDL, then provides qualified trainer support for professional development. After training, the driver will operate tractor-trailers, make product deliveries, follow DOT and commercial driving regulations, maintain logs and records, and complete administrative tasks. The position requires a high school degree or GED, DOT and federal safety-regulation knowledge, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in adverse weather. Starting pay is $13.50 per pre-permit and $14.50 per permit, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pension, STD/LTD, and 401(k) benefits.
