Brown Foodservice, Inc. is hiring for a CDL Driver Training Program role based at its Sophia, West Virginia shuttle point. The trainee will learn to pass the state skills test and obtain a Class A CDL, then drive tractor-trailers for product deliveries, follow DOT and commercial driving regulations, inspect vehicles, maintain driver logs, and complete administrative tasks. The role requires candidates to be at least 21 years old, have strong communication and basic math skills, and be able to perform physical loading and driving duties in varied weather. Starting pay is $13.75 per pre-permit and $14.75 per permit, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, pension, STD/LTD, and 401(k) benefits.
