BAS GmbH is hiring a Driver / Transport Driver to work in the “Clean City” area, loading and unloading waste deposits, refuse, and materials with long-term unemployed individuals and people in difficult life situations, transporting them to disposal companies, maintaining service vehicles, complying with regulations and safety standards, and recording trips and transports. The role requires completed vocational training, a driver’s license class 3 or B/BE, reliability, responsibility, patience, resilience, empathy, physical fitness, assertiveness, teamwork, and technical understanding. Employment is up to 40 hours per week with flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and two additional days off.
