Description
Axiom Care is hiring a Patient Transportation Driver to safely transport patients between hospitals, jails, police stations, medical facilities, and treatment settings, while coordinating with clinical and case-management teams. The role also includes patient orientation, crisis de-escalation, warm handoffs, referral-partner outreach, intake support, and front-desk reception duties. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of behavioral health or substance-abuse-treatment experience, a valid Arizona driver's license with a 39-month clear MVR, CPR/First Aid certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
