Description
The Driver Education Instructor will report to the manager of academics and monitor and direct students in the driver’s education program. Responsibilities include processing applications, preparing students for written examinations, evaluating readiness for final written and driving instruction, supporting career development, auditing compliance and service delivery, maintaining safe and clean work areas, providing customer service, participating in employability programs, enforcing the Zero Tolerance Policy, mentoring students, and maintaining accountability for students and property. The role requires a valid California driver’s education teaching certificate, youth experience, communication and computer skills, a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record, and is paid $25.33-$30.00 per hour.
