Description
Fleetch is hiring a Driving Assessment Specialist to evaluate prospective professional drivers before vehicle assignment. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working with the Theoretical Trainer, the role conducts practical road tests, assesses driving behavior and professional attitude, issues an impartial operational fitness opinion, and approves or rejects candidates before referral to the Assignment team. The position requires a recognized driving-instructor or driving-trainer certificate, a valid Category B license held for at least five years, and proven experience training and assessing large numbers of students or drivers.
