The Driving Instructor Supervisor manages field personnel and daily operations of driver-services programs throughout Ohio. The role supervises classroom and in-car training, ensures accurate documentation and student outcomes, handles hiring, performance management, compliance, service issues, and operational decisions, and requires local travel for driving lessons. It requires a bachelor's-equivalent education and experience, 4–6 years of driver-training instruction, strong communication and leadership skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable DMV record and minimum liability insurance.
