The employer is hiring a Driving School Manager / Instructor with Management Function to establish a driving school in the Greater Halle (Saale) area. The role combines training students in theory and practice, supporting and caring for students, and guiding a team of driving instructors. Candidates must hold a driver’s license for category B/BE, C/CE, and/or ideally D/DE, have two years of professional driving-instructor experience, complete a driving-school-business-management course, be at least 25 years old, and demonstrate sales, consulting, organizational, IT, and empathy skills.
