The role involves sub-assembly and final assembly, handling motors, frames, wiring, cameras, and other small parts, maintaining a tidy workspace, and coordinating with production planning, quality assurance, flight test, and supply chain. Candidates should have some manufacturing or assembly experience, fine motor skills, hand-tool proficiency, and English or German communication skills; technical education and soldering experience are advantageous.
