Description
Harmattan AI is hiring a Drone System Validation Engineer to validate the performance, reliability, and operational readiness of autonomous defense systems. The role involves planning and executing system and flight tests, defining test protocols, analyzing telemetry and logs, supporting debugging, and collaborating with hardware, software, and systems teams. It requires 2–5 years of validation experience in aerospace, robotic, or embedded robotics systems, along with knowledge of flight dynamics, control systems, avionics, RF systems, DVT/PVT, environmental testing, and statistical analysis. The position is a permanent full-time contract in Lausanne with ASAP availability.
