Harmattan AI is hiring a Drone System Validation Technician and Pilot to join a dedicated flight testing team and conduct high-volume field validation of newly assembled defense drones. The role involves operating multirotor, fixed-wing, flying-wing, and RC platforms; logging flight hours; identifying rare system anomalies; assessing flight dynamics; executing on-site missions under varied weather and environmental conditions; and documenting observations for engineering and production teams. Candidates need extensive RC/UAV piloting experience, strong discipline, a valid Permis B driver’s license, field mobility, and basic technical English; drone certifications, FPV experience, military or field experience, and knowledge of autopilot systems, telemetry, or flight logs are preferred.
