Description
ITC Service Group is hiring a remote Drop Dispatcher to receive and review service calls, schedule and dispatch field technicians to customer homes, monitor technician locations, maintain service-call and outage records, answer customer calls, confirm appointments, and provide on-site support as needed. The role requires living within 45 minutes of a gfiber market, working remotely with possible office reporting, and follows a 4-day schedule from 9 AM to 8 PM CST with at least one weekend day. A high school diploma is required, while dispatching, cable or internet, customer service, and Oracle Field Services experience are preferred.
