Description
Stimulus Technologies is hiring a full-time Drop Installation Manager to lead in-house fiber drop installation crews across rural Nevada, Missouri, California, and Oregon. The role plans and schedules field work, coordinates with project management, engineering, permitting, and clients, inspects installations, manages materials and production records, resolves field issues, and supervises crew performance, training, scheduling, and safety. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of fiber drop or OSP construction experience, at least one year leading field crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 100% and work 40 to 60+ hours per week. Compensation is $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
