Micron Technology is hiring a senior Process Engineer for its Boise, Idaho semiconductor manufacturing expansion. Reporting to the Director of DE/WP/CMP, the role leads Dry Etch process development, characterization, optimization, and yield ramp-up for advanced DRAM structures; defines technical roadmaps; evaluates etch technologies; mentors engineers; and leads cross-functional and vendor projects. The position requires a Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering or science field and at least 10 years of hands-on Dry Etch process development experience, preferably in DRAM or advanced memory technologies.
