Micron is hiring a Principal Engineer/Member of Technical Staff for its Next Generation NAND research and development Dry Etch team. The role leads dry-etch process innovation, chamber management, process roadmaps, structural and electrical specifications, cross-functional problem solving, technical leadership, and mentorship. It requires advanced education in a relevant technical field, extensive NAND or semiconductor process development experience, plasma and dry-etch expertise, statistical analysis skills, and leadership experience.
