NXP Semiconductors is hiring a Process Engineer to support Equipment and Process Engineering and Manufacturing at its ICN8 8-inch integrated-circuit wafer fab. The role focuses on process performance, complex problem analysis, process improvements, quality, throughput, scrap reduction, tool availability, upgrades, maintenance, and customer escalations. It requires a BSc. or MSc. in Physics, Chemistry, or a relevant technical area, preferably semiconductor and plasma-processing experience, knowledge of complex production processes, and Dutch and English language skills. The position is full-time on a permanent contract, with a part-time option of 32–38 hours, and includes benefits such as a bonus plan, pension, work-from-home policy, and possible relocation support.
