Dry Etch Process Manager at Micron

Micron Technology is hiring a Process and Equipment Engineering Manager to lead the hiring, training, and startup of the Dry Etch process team for the new high-volume manufacturing facility in Boise, Idaho. The role partners with global DRAM manufacturing teams, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering, suppliers, and other ID1 leadership groups to establish process and equipment engineering capabilities, validate capacity and wafer output, support tool qualification, and develop succession plans. The position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or science, senior-level engineering experience, at least five years of direct Dry Etch experience, and a proven record of leading teams and complex projects.
