The role oversees shipyard performance, repair specifications, tenders, quotations, budgets, safety, compliance with classification and flag-state requirements, and coordination with technical, crew, and shore-based teams. Candidates need a degree in marine engineering, naval architecture, or a related field, at least five years of drydocking and hull-and-machinery repair experience, knowledge of maritime regulations, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant software and English.
