Description
Lignetics is hiring a Dryer Operator for a 3rd-shift schedule from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The role operates a rotary dryer, monitors inlet and outlet temperatures and bin levels, feeds reclaim material, regulates moisture, troubleshoots equipment issues, and completes daily production reports. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with one to two years of industrial production experience; process controls experience, forklift certification, mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform simple calculations are also requested. The position pays $22-$24 per hour plus a $2.50 shift differential and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
