Description
Leiber is hiring a Drying Plant Operator to operate and monitor spray-drying systems, dry mixers, cleaning, and maintenance in its Engter Drying Plant. The role also covers shift-supervisor coverage, team leadership, in-process quality checks, ERP/PLS recording, and hygiene. Candidates need vocational training in food technology, process engineering, or dairy technology, several years of production experience, and willingness to work a fixed four-shift system. The position starts with a fixed-term contract and may become permanent.
