Mercado Libre is hiring a Data Science Technical Lead to own the technical direction and evolution of its Conversational Agent and multi-agent system. The role leads ecosystem architecture, LLM and RAG integrations, data pipelines, database queries, microservices, observability, and end-to-end delivery, while coordinating product and adoption needs. It requires advanced experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, Python, FastAPI, agent frameworks, and automation tools, and is based in Bogotá, Colombia, with applications accepted from Colombia and Argentina.
