Description
The primary objective of this role is to plan, organize, develop, and direct in-service educational programs for residents, ensuring high-quality care according to federal, state, and local standards. The individual will be responsible for developing and evaluating training programs, incorporating commercial instructional materials, providing leadership in goal formulation, controlling program quality, maintaining records, performing administrative tasks like reporting, and making recommendations.
