TERI is hiring a full-time Behavior Support Professional to provide direct, hands-on behavioral support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who exhibit severe challenging behaviors. The role implements Behavior Intervention Plans, responds safely to physical aggression and assaultive incidents, collects behavioral data, promotes independence and community inclusion, assists with activities of daily living and transportation, and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members. Candidates need at least six months of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record. The position pays $25.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance plus other benefits.
