UCB is hiring a DSP Bio DS Operations Quality Specialist in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium, to provide quality oversight for downstream manufacturing operations at a new commercial biological drug substance facility. The role focuses on GMP compliance, shop-floor QA presence, batch record review and release, quality system management for deviations, CAPA, and change controls, inspection and audit readiness, documentation approval, risk escalation, and continuous improvement. It requires a master's degree in a scientific or engineering field, at least five years of pharmaceutical industry experience, fluent English and French, and knowledge of downstream processing and cGMP environments.
