AbleLight is hiring a Direct Support Professional in Gardner to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves assisting with dining, mobility, health, and hygiene activities; accompanying individuals on errands; attending community events; and helping residents achieve personal goals. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m., and applicants must be at least 18, hold an active driver’s license, pass a background check, and be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
