Hope is hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP), also titled Habilitation Specialist, in Springfield, Illinois, for second and third shifts. The role supports children with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with daily living activities, implementing individualized support plans, documenting care, providing transportation, and supporting residential operations. Applicants must be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Illinois driver's license, and pass background, physical, agility, and drug/alcohol screening.
