NXP is hiring a DSP Engineer for its Automotive Ethernet PHY team. The role involves implementing and optimizing DSP architecture for 100/1000BASE‑T1 and Multi‑Gig PHYs, developing RTL datapath blocks, supporting verification and validation, collaborating with DFT, system architecture, IC integration, and backend teams, and developing MATLAB/Python models. Required skills include DSP and communication systems fundamentals, PHY-layer DSP experience, RTL design, MATLAB, Simulink, Python, and C/C++ modeling, along with synthesis, STA, CDC, and linting knowledge.
