Description
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides in-home support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live and work independently, pursue individual goals, attend medical appointments, manage daily living tasks, build community connections, and receive personal care as needed. The role requires experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, a personal vehicle, and a clean driving record for drivers; it offers per diem, full-time, and part-time positions at $20.30 per hour, with mileage reimbursement, and does not offer work visa sponsorship.
