Description
The Arc Gloucester is hiring a non-exempt Direct Support Professional to provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, instrumental activities, community outings, transportation, medication administration, food preparation, recreation, documentation, and compliance with applicable regulations. The position offers flexible hours, requires availability for emergency coverage and at least one weekend shift, and may be based in different locations throughout Gloucester County under the supervision of a Residential Manager. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, hold a valid New Jersey driver’s license, be CPR/First Aid certified, and pass required background checks, screenings, and training.
