Gallagher Services, a Catholic Charities program, is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in activities such as games, bowling, gardening, sports events, and barber-shop visits. The role provides personalized assistance with daily routines, personal care, meal preparation, advocacy, communication, and care records, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice. The position works Saturdays and Sundays from 9 AM to 5 PM, pays $20–$20.50 per hour depending on experience, and requires applicants to be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience and no more than three points, be comfortable driving agency vehicles and assisting wheelchair users, be able to lift up to 75 pounds, and complete or be willing to complete Medication Technician Training Program training.
