Description
The DSP Shift Leader provides day-to-day leadership and supervision to Direct Support Professionals in a residential habilitation facility. The role coordinates shift activities and staffing, supports and coaches DSPs, monitors residential and behavior-support plans, maintains accurate records, and promotes person-centered care, safety, advocacy, and community participation. The position pays $25-$27.50 per hour, works 37.5 hours per week on a 2pm-10pm schedule five days per week, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid New York State driver’s license, and specified certifications within three months of hire.
