Description
E-Space is hiring a full-time DSP/5G NR Physical-Layer Engineer to implement and evaluate digital-signal-processing and 5G NR physical-layer functions for satellite communications over non-terrestrial networks. The role develops PHY and link-level simulations, C/C++ DSP firmware, floating-point and fixed-point reference models, SystemC transaction-level models, and high-level synthesis implementations, and supports pre-silicon verification and new-chip bring-up. Candidates should have DSP and digital-communications fundamentals, C/C++ algorithm implementation and debugging skills, Python or MATLAB simulation experience, and knowledge of fixed-point arithmetic and embedded constraints. The position is based in Santa Clara and offers a target base salary of $100,000 to $200,000 annually.
