HARMAN is hiring a DSP Software Engineer for its Automotive Engineering Services team in Łódź, Poland. The role develops, ports, tests, and optimizes DSP software and infrastructure for automotive amplifier applications across multiple hardware platforms and operating systems. The engineer will work in an Agile Scrum team, collaborate with cross-functional and cross-location software and hardware teams, and contribute to amplifier product roadmaps. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, 5–8 years of C and C++ programming experience, RTOS knowledge, hardware schematic understanding, familiarity with digital communication protocols, and experience in Agile–Scrum and V-model environments. The role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Łódź office, and offers an annual gross base salary of PLN 140,000–220,000.
