Description
Lucid is hiring a senior Drive Unit Manufacturing Engineer to own the technical processes, validation, quality, yield, cost, and launch readiness of electric-drive-unit manufacturing. The role covers rotor/stator, gearbox, motor integration, high-voltage connections, sealing, EOL, NVH, APQP/PPAP, SPC, DoE, tooling, testability, field-issue resolution, and Saudi national capability development. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least 8 years of advanced automotive or EV manufacturing experience including 5 years in senior Drive Unit or traction-motor process roles, strong IATF/APQP and greenfield-launch experience, and the ability to work with automated equipment and authorized high-voltage products.
