The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations across SpringHill Suites Tulsa South and Residence Inn Tulsa South, coordinating department heads, supporting revenue and profitability, monitoring budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance and quality standards, handling guest issues, and leading staff development. The role requires hotel management experience, strong leadership and financial skills, familiarity with hospitality standards, and flexibility to work across two locations; a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Compensation is listed as up to $65,000 DOE.
