Description
The role manages engineering and physical-plant operations for multiple buildings, including HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, fire and life-safety systems, preventative maintenance, capital projects, budgets, energy conservation, regulatory compliance, and emergency response. It also oversees construction, payroll, controllable expenses, employee relations, guest complaints, and departmental financial performance. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED with six years of engineering or maintenance experience, or a relevant two-year degree with four years of experience, plus HVAC-R, electrical, or plumbing training.
