The role includes exposure to materials management, marketing/sales, financial accounting and controlling, human resources, purchasing, scheduling/planning, logistics, production planning, quality management, sales planning, market research, sales promotion, financial statement accounting, investment and financing, personnel planning and administration, and the use of IT systems for production control. The program starts on September 1st, includes a four-week onboarding, and requires a university entrance qualification plus strong interest in business, logic, and relevant school subjects.
