Description
Duane Reade is hiring a Shift Leader to assume general responsibility for a store when the assistant manager is absent. The role manages financial performance, cash control, inventory, safety, customer service, staff, compliance, marketing initiatives, store conditions, replenishment, and employee motivation, while supporting the assistant manager and maintaining positive relationships with direct reports, peers, vendors, union officials, and corporate personnel. The position pays $19–$22 per hour.
