Alpaca is hiring a Due Diligence Analyst for its Risk team to support the onboarding of new fintech and financial institution partners. The role involves conducting third-party risk and compliance reviews, evaluating KYC, KYB, enhanced due diligence, documentation, and risk indicators, coordinating with global partners and internal teams, tracking onboarding progress, and improving partner onboarding processes. Candidates need 2–3 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, AML, or related financial services functions, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
