BVGroup is hiring a permanent, on-site Due Diligence Analyst - Mandarin in Gibraltar to support gambling licensing, AML, KYC, and safer-gambling compliance. The role reviews customer documentation, performs due diligence and account reviews, manages alerts and casework, contacts customers for additional information, maintains records, and escalates risks. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, while prior experience in KYC, AML, due diligence, compliance, financial crime, risk, or a related operational environment is desirable. The position follows a 24/7 shift pattern with 8-hour shifts, breaks, and possible extra hours during busy sporting events.
