Route 65 Management, LLC is hiring a full-time Dunkin’ Assistant Manager to support the store manager with daily restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, food safety, cleanliness, promotions, cash handling, crew deployment, training, and management duties when the store manager is absent. The role pays up to $19.00 per hour and includes paid time off, health, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) matching program, and other employee benefits. Applicants must be at least 19, have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, pass a background check, and have 1–3 years of fast-casual or restaurant management experience; Dunkin’ experience is preferred.
