Description
Route 65 Management, LLC is hiring a full-time Dunkin’ District Manager to direct the operations of restaurants in an assigned district, manage budgets and sales goals, oversee cash handling and food safety, recruit and develop store managers and other team members, provide coaching, and ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with company standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ServSafe and Food Allergen Awareness certification, and at least three years of multi-unit, high-volume food and beverage management experience is preferred. Compensation is $65,000–$85,000 per year plus bonus potential and other benefits.
