Description
The Duty Baggage Services Supervisor supports the operational readiness, activation, commissioning, testing, and go-live of baggage handling systems. The role validates processes and interfaces, develops and activates standard operating procedures and contingency plans, coordinates stakeholder familiarization, monitors performance and baggage flows, responds to disruptions, and leads incident investigations and corrective actions. It requires a technical diploma or equivalent, at least three years of related experience, shift-based operational experience, incident-coordination experience, English proficiency, and the ability to interpret airport systems; supervisory experience and Greek language knowledge are preferred.
