Description
The Hotel Maintenance Associate installs, maintains, and calibrates tools, appliances, equipment, fire pumps, generators, sprinkler valves, and alarm systems; responds to guest repair requests; maintains parts inventory; and supports disaster-response protocols. The role also assists with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development, while following safety and security procedures. Preferred qualifications include a technical, trade, or vocational school degree and at least two years of related work and supervisory experience.
