Description
The Engineer II performs guest repair requests, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other hotel systems. The role also handles inventory, safety procedures, guest service, training and mentoring of Engineer I staff, Engineer on Duty rounds, and general engineering-related duties. It requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent, vocational or technical background, at least two years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and CFC certification, with no supervisory experience required.
