Description
The Duty Engineer will maintain the resort’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other engineering systems; respond to maintenance requests; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting; coordinate contractors and vendors; maintain records; support energy management and safety compliance; and contribute to guest satisfaction. The role requires an engineering diploma or degree, hotel engineering or facilities management experience, knowledge of building systems, troubleshooting ability, communication skills, maintenance-management software and MS Office proficiency, shift availability, and a proactive safety-focused approach.
